We will list your property for only 2%. You may be wondering what the catch is, but there isn't one! If we bring you a buyer, you pay a low commission of only 2%. No "ifs "ands" or "buts". If another realtor brings you a buyer we will have to charge an additional  commisssion, your total commission will never be more than 4 %. Most Tucson realtors will not show your property to prospective buyers unless you pay them a commission, but they do help to raise the value of your property because more buyers mean more competition for your property.
